1. Who We Are

The Closing Circle is a marketing and communication support resource developed for licensed real estate professionals. We offer non-contingent services such as branded marketing materials, open house coordination, educational programming, and transaction-related support—all independent of any agreement or expectation of referral business.

Note: The Closing Circle operates in compliance with the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA, 12 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq.) and does not provide services in exchange for referrals or business.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing Support: Pre-designed templates, custom flyers, social media content, email scripts, and listing aids.
  • Event Planning Support: Assistance with coordinating open houses, broker previews, and community engagements.
  • Educational Workshops: Optional real estate learning events for professional development, not tied to the use of any settlement services.
  • Listing Support Tools: Net sheets, property strategy forms, visual content, and coordination resources.
  • Post-Closing Support Materials: White-labeled communication templates to help you stay connected with your clients.

These services are provided as standalone offerings and are not contingent upon the use of Core Title Services or any other affiliated settlement service provider.

    3. RESPA Compliance Acknowledgment

    You acknowledge and agree that:

    • You are not required to refer any settlement service business to The Closing Circle, Core Title Services, or any affiliates.
    • You are not receiving anything of value conditioned on the referral of business or the expectation of referrals.
    • All services received are legitimate, separately priced services offered regardless of referral activity.

    4. Eligibility

    You must be a licensed real estate professional or a direct affiliate to access our Services. All users must be 18 years or older and authorized to act on behalf of their business.

    5. Use of Services

    When using our Services, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate information and complete required forms.
    • Use materials responsibly and professionally.
    • Not distribute or sell materials provided unless permitted in writing.
    • Abide by federal and state regulations, including RESPA, and avoid any misuse of resources.

    6. No Legal or Brokerage Representation

    The Closing Circle does not offer legal advice or brokerage services. While our services are backed by an attorney-operated title company, we do not substitute legal counsel, nor do we act as your broker or fiduciary.


    7. Intellectual Property

    All materials provided remain the intellectual property of The Closing Circle and/or Core Title Services. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your business. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited unless authorized.

    8. Fees and Payment

    Certain services may require payment. You will be informed of any associated costs prior to purchase or engagement. Services will not be rendered until any applicable payment is received.

    No portion of fees paid to The Closing Circle is in exchange for referrals or the expectation of referrals.

    9. Privacy

    We value your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use data.

    10. Disclaimers and Limitations

    • Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
    • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from marketing efforts or event participation.
    • To the maximum extent allowed by law, The Closing Circle shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

    11. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to non-compliance with these Terms or misuse of provided resources.

    12. Amendments
